I had the most amazing experience at this office. I had praying for God to send to the right place and I believe this is the place. I sat in the lobby and laughed at the reality show. The front desk lady was amazing and Josie brought me to her office and she was kind and sweet and gave me an excellent consultation. I will have an elective procedure soon and I can’t wait to see the results. I pray this office continues to keep the good Godly vibes. I recommend this place to everyone just from the consultation! I paid over 2,000 for one keloid surgery. At almost every appointment in the process there was some atrocious delay for no good reason. Every single time I had a virtual appointment after the surgery, they did not show up until I called the office to ask for them. I was told I would have to pay $40 a bottle for some sort of post recovery scar cream. I already spent that much on the parking in NY. How on earth did I spend so much on a surgery only to be gouged out even more for my recovery? I should have gotten at least 5 bottles for free. It didn't help anyway, and now I'm left with a permanent giant scar across my chest. Far worse than before the surgery. To make things worse, I had actually spent around 8000 for 3 surgeries, but I obviously don't want the other two now. I have called their office to get a refund, where I was told I needed to wait for a call back. I don't know if their staff have some mental disorder like dementia, but they conveniently never called back when it came to me getting my money back.

So I had a consultation at Lexington Plastic Surgery and I was so impressed with how well they treated me, my contact person was Josie, she’s the best, she is very helpful and she made me felt so comfortable and at ease. She’s very knowledgeable and was helpful in assisting me in making the best decision that suited me. If you’re thinking about any such procedures don’t hesitate give them a call and ask for Josie, she’ll take care of you.

I was referred to Lexington plastic surgery by my dermatologist. I called to ask if they accept my insurance for keloid removal surgery and was told they don’t give that information over the phone and I would have to come in for a consultation. They sent me a link to fill out paperwork online in which I uploaded my insurance information. And the day of my appointment, I traveled an hour and a half to them from a different state to try and be sold on procedures that cost thousands. After asking, which one my insurance will cover, I was told by the consult they do not accept my insurance. So I wasted time and money going there when they could have told me over the phone they do not except my insurance. The 2 stars is because the consultant was nice
